Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision >

Read the Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision (FONSI/ROD) to understand the actions that FAA intends to take relative to the proposed Heliport alternative.

A Proposed FONSI/ROD was made available to the public in December 2008. FAA accepted comments on the Proposed FONSI/ROD until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on January 28, 2009. Copies of the comments received and responses to those comments are included as Appendix A fo the FONSI/ROD.

Now that the FAA has signed the FONSI/ROD, Clark County Department of Aviation may begin to implement the Proposed Action.
